These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website dobresolutions.com and any paid services (such as 1-on-1 consultations) offered by Dobre Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes and for lawful business research. You agree not to:

Following our written guides is at your own risk. We take care to test what we publish, but every home network, device configuration, and use case is different. If you are unsure, back up first — and consider booking a consultation instead of guessing.

5. Paid consultations

If you book a 1-on-1 consultation, the following additional terms apply:

• Booking & payment: sessions are prepaid at the time of booking. The base rate is $29 for 30 minutes; specialised or longer sessions are quoted before booking.
• Rescheduling: you may reschedule up to 12 hours before your session at no cost.
• Cancellation: cancellations more than 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours, we retain the fee to compensate for the reserved time.
• Our satisfaction commitment: if we cannot resolve your issue in the session and can't point you to a specific person or service who can, you don't pay. Refund processed within five business days.
• Format: sessions are delivered over Google Meet (or Zoom on request), with screen sharing initiated by you. We never ask for passwords or remote-control access to your machine.

6. Affiliate links and product recommendations

Some links on this Site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay. See our full Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy.

7. Third-party content and services

Our Site links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider's terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
